Just got our Tri-Pacer weighed today over at Rare Aircraft. A little background info. on her.

    1957 PA-22
    O-320-B2B
    Full Gyro Panel
    Full IFR Panel
    Brittain A/P
    Wheel Pants
Miss Pearl Aileron and Flap Fairings
Williams Toe Brakes with Cleveland Discs
    Leather Interior
    Airwolf Filter Spin-On Filter
    Precise Flight Stand-By Vac System
Superflite 102 with Superthane System II

Now she tips the scales at.....1286 lb which includes oil (1271 lb without oil)

I have to say I was actually impressed. I think if it had butyrate dope I could lose 20 lb more, but dang that Superthane looks slick!

Actually, I bet the dope would be heavier. Not bad for all those extras.

Bringing this one back from the dead since Stephen was awesome enough to help me get a decent weight.

    PA-16
    290D with 76am prop
    Skytec starter
    InterAv alternator
Basic panel with T&B on venturi
    Airtex interior
    heavy oil cooler
    Panel oil filter
    Sullivan tips/extension.

Weight was 1066 with oil. More than I was hoping but less than was previously listed by a good 50#. I'm currently thinking hard about how much my T&B and interior weigh.
