Confirmed it is a Tapatalk/Android issue.

Btw Steve
On IPad using safari IOS version 11.02 and older.
There is no button to load image after you have selected an image.
Such as

You see I have selected an image but there is no way to upload it.

Now if the image is a link there is an “OK” button to upload the image.

I have found tha clicking the words
“Upload File(s)” below the Choose Files button I get an attach=config php command

I Just presses the words again now using Firefox. There still is no button or feedback and after 12-15 presses on the words “Upload file(s)” , receiving no feedback, I layed the IPad down. 3 min later, there was this entire post filled with the attach config php code.

Edited it down to just one

I hit the "Upload File(s)" and it uploads the picture. Has always worked that way for me. Easier in the App.
