Can you take a pic with the adapter installed?

ADS-B works. I’m the middle guy and only saw them after being alerted. I’m looking forward to my new SkyBeacon.

If anyone else wants a skyBeacon unit I received my order today. I have two unspoken for, first come first serve. Probably get more till they run out again. Shipping with insurance through FedEx has been from $24-32. If you would like one for $1750 email me steve@shortwingpipers.org with your shipping address and phone number.

Steve, did you ever post copies of the 337 for the first install you did? Could you?

I emailed them to the folks who ordered the skyBeacons. Here are samples of the installation 337 and the one to be submitted after the flight test.

I have a couple of questions. First is regarding the installation record and the configuration report from the Skybeacon app.
On the installation record using the example here specific values are used regarding aircraft length, aircraft width, GPS antenna offset (Lat) and GPS antenna offset (Lon)

but when connected to the Skybeacon via the wifi app to configure this information to your Skybeacon these data fields have sliders with preset ≤ values thus it is not possible to enter the exact values from the installation record. All you can do is select the closest value. I’m I missing something?

Second question regarding this section clipped from the ABS-B Performance Report Request. The only two select choices for Position Source are (1) not listed or (2) internal. Which is used for the Skybeacon?

Yes, I have used as close as I could get on the slider and had no issue with it working. Also uses meters instead of feet if I remember correctly.

    The skyBeacon is internal.

One of the older posts says the tailbeacon will not fit clipper grimes marker light. Is that the same marker light as the tri pacer?
