    Default Glovebox door

Looking for a glovebox door for the 50 Pacer. The door should be 5 1/2" high by 7" wide. If someone has a door, I am trying to find the radius for the corners and the edges. The plan is to make a bumping die from a donor door and flow form it from 3003 aluminum.

Somewhere I have an original PA16 panel with the glove box and glove box door still installed.

Looks great, how did you form it?

I made two plates from 3/8" aluminum plate. One has an 1/8" radius and a negative camber on the sides. The other is the inside dimension of the radius formed by the 1/8" radius edge. I put the sandwich of the two plates and 0.040" 3003 in a press and hammer into shape. The 3003 shrinks with no annealing or heat.
