Y'all can come to Wolfe Airpark. I'll host the Seminar. We can spend 2 or 3 days cleaning my hangar, we can get Steve P. on Face Time some nights, landing at Wolfe isn't unlike landing on sand bars, and not that I know for a fact or even have any suggestions .... but Houston is the "Gentlemen Club" capital of the world. I'm spending my Seminar $$$ to go to AK Floats and Skis early April to learn to land on Glaciers. Who is up for that?

Yes sir. Kind of a bummer huh? I sure understand though. It takes a lot to put that event on. I'd say we all show up anyway to help Steve with his "other work" but I'm not sure we would be that much help. I'll miss seeing everyone. Great bunch of guys!!

Seems like you are turning into a regular for those guys? I wish he was back on TV, personally.

Well, I am bummed that the seminar/workshop isn't happening. So, I've got some vacation time to burn, to late to sell it back for gas money!

2000 GW, but only 2 Grover Clevelands (save weight). That includes the lodging and we might be able to ice fish for our suppers. Cars are cheap in early April. I'm betting a Hog Driver is going to be good at glacier flying. Anyone want to join us?

I might be interested! What about timing it around the Airmans show? (Late April)

The Airmans Show is late April, first of May. By that time the snow is getting soft except early morning, and the lakes could be melting. EddieF and my friend Scott Robertson (sort of a Short Wing guy, owns a '38 Clipped Wing Cub) are planning for to first week in April.

Actually, not having the seminar has a positive aspect. I will not gain ten more pounds, there will not be a post seminar cleanse, and my limited English language skills will not erode.
