    Default 1954 Tri Pacer 135 $11,500

We are getting a bigger airplane, have to let go of 8003C. Based in El Dorado KS (KEQA) and currently in Ft. Morgan CO (KFMM). Annual completed last month (JUNE). 568 hours SMOH, this plane has had periods of inactivity, but has flown regularly this past year. New LED landing/taxi lights at annual. Gauges work, transponder current, ELT good till 2025, radio works. The engine uses a qt of oil in 3-4 hours, looks like it is blowing out. Crude repair job on right side landing leg. Hey, its cheap (to buy) and it flys! Paul Norris call/text 620-210-0329.

Looks like somebody's getting a nice deal. The oil comment has my curiosity going. First, I think a qt every 3-4 hours would be a lot on the belly after every flight. When ours got to that point we were very determined to make it stop. Second, you have an oil separator so it shouldn't be blowing out the breather. Does it have a wet vacuum pump that's maybe failing? Could be as simple as over-filling to 8qts - we only run 6 because anything over that seems to want to go overboard. I guess this is all academic as it's for the next caretaker (aka owner) to figure out. Like I said, somebody's getting a nice deal that should serve them well. Good luck with the sale.

What's its replacement in your hangar?
