    Don't forget as you cruise inside the Mode C veil but below the Class B/C airspace your high dollar next gen piece of equipment is not going to detect to you or the FAA my non-electric Vagabond or any other non-electric airplane sharing your air space. So keep your eyes out of the cockpit and don't play with your high dollar glass panel.

    Here is a nightmare for you: We can't have portable battery powered ADSB-Out now. . . . . . fast forward to 2022; The FAA announces that because of the huge success of the NextGen air Traffic Control System, all airplanes which were certified without an electrical system will have to equip their planes with a battery powered ADSB-Out.
