Narco AT155 solid state transponder

For all my Canadian friends that don't require ADSB.
AT155 transponder, solid state/ no tube, slides into
AT50 rack. Repaired one year ago to the tune of $289.
Would like $350 OBO.

Is the AT155 solid state while the AT150 is not? I was under the impression they were the old style with tubes. (We have a 150)

The AT-155 is solid state, no capacitor tube.
Supposed to be slide in replacement.
