    Default Oil Shelf Life

Hoping we might have some chemical engineers out there that can chime in.

I have two cases of Exxon 100 in un-opend bottles that is out of shelf life. Will a standard oil analysis indicate weather or not the oil is good to use. Have not talked to any of the analysis companies as of yet.

They say the additives settle out of suspension and won't mix back up after 4-5 years. A thread on the subject. http://www.supercub.org/forum/showth...t-Old-quot-oil
