I have 4 Cessnas I inspect, my two Short Wings, a friends Sonex, and who knows what's next.
The Cessnas and the SW bearings were starting to show dark lines on the rollers and the races. They were smooth, so I repacked them, and will see them again at the annuals. The Sonex, that I just got to yesterday had already started to rust, both rollers and races. I as for boat trailers, I always used "Bearing Buddies" and filled the whole hub full of grease.

    Thanks Clayton!

Thought you might have been finding silt or some such thing that would soon grind on stuff.

I also fill the hubs on my utility trailer. Made quite the mess inside one of the wheels when I forgot to replace the cap.
