Wrong rivet set as stated above. Looks like you are using a set for universal head rivets, not brazen head rivets. The big question, where did you find a source for AN455 rivets? They are pretty hard to find.

I have AN455 rivet sets for the rivet gun and rivet squeezers if you want to borrow them.

Hanson rivet supply https://www.hansonrivet.com/tools-ma...ueezer-dies-2/ has the squeezer sets for the brazier head. I used the word "condition" to imply that they are soft rivets. With the soft "A" rivets you do not need a heavy bucking bar or really strong rivet gun. When you look at the factory driven soft rivets, the shop or formed head is kind of rounded and not completely driven down like you would see on a AD rivet. I found that the squeezer sets that Hanson makes replicates the finished shop head when you use two sets. Hanson also sells the .401 rivet set with a drilled hole in the driving end which is use for attaching squeezer sets to your rivet gun. I usually use a piece of steel and drill a hole in it for mounting the other squeezer set onto.
