Same wing as far as I remember. Didn't change till they came out with the 150 hp. The O-235 powered Pacer might have not had the reinforced lift struts but not sure why it had a lower Vne etc.

So if I remember right all PA 20's have 12 rib wings therefore all PA20's with 150 hp engines have 12 rib wings you cant put 13 rib wings on [I don't know of any stc to do so] and you definatly cant respace your 12 rib wings and put 13 in

The -115 I've been training the club members in has 12 ribs and no flaps. Not sure why the speeds are lower except that the gross is 1750, maybe a loophole/gap in the regs that caused the change because of the lower maximum weight. I'm just guessing here, no proof whatsoever.

Well, there is a PA-22 running around this board with one 12 and one 13, I've seen it in person when the previous owner had it at Oshkosh. You won't notice unless you count! Also, there is no reason to change the wings because the FAA isn't going to give you the higher speeds no matter what you do! The TCDS spells out what each airplane (by serial number) was born as and y'all know the FAA.
