Remove stickers from windows
The PA-22 I just purchased has some stickers on the rear side windows that I'd like to remove. Three outside and one on the inside.
How do I remove the paste/sticky part if it doesn't come with the sticker front?
I've been warned to never use solvents.

Isopropyl alcohol and a clean rag or plastic scraper. Also I have had good success with Goo-gone.

Same here, Goo-Gone seems to work very well. 3M make an adhesive remover I have used as well available at auto parts store. I would try it in an area not easily seen first just in case there is a reaction.

Hairdryer (NOT a heat gun) on the opposite (warm from the inside for the outside stickers) side and they might just peal off glue and all.

I have used Methylated spirits for this kind of thing.

I have used avgas to remove tape from aircraft windows and canopies with good results on race planes. Just like any other product, I would try it first on a small out of the way spot first just to be safe.

I tried Alcohol first. Everclear seems to work best.
Just kidding. Rubbing alcohol did the trick. Got luck on two of the stickers as they were vinyl and came off without and residue left behind. The 18 year old EAA sticker gave me some grief though, but the alcohol got all of the adhesive right off!
