Re: PA-22 Fatal near Kingman AZ
I can not imagine living with this. We had some folks flying passengers without a license at our airport. I mention to one how he would feel if something happen and his loved one was killed. The other one I mentioned the posibility of a lawsuit. Gotta think of these consequenses.

he gets what he looks like one of those types, knows everything, can do everything, and his story will always top yours as long as you tell your story first. hope he gets what he deserves.

Good for you Steve actually saying something to people being stupid in our aviation community. These people may not only hurt their passengers, they damage us all in general aviation.

Re: PA-22 Fatal near Kingman AZ
That is what I tried to tell the others talking behind their back and who called the FAA. We are the minority in this world, if we don't police ourselves they will and I have a feeling we won't like it.

Off topic but there is a fairly high profile mechanic / pilot with a WWII biplane that is only a student pilot. He’s all over Facebook and has been featured in some EAA press as well. Not good if something happens.

I can't imagine taking the risk Christopher Anderson did. I'm sure along the way he will pay for what's been done, as if losing your partner isn't enough.
Another observation.....that airplane is quite broken up, no fire surprises me.....

Re: PA-22 Fatal near Kingman AZ
I know of several Shortwings that were destroyed when they hit the ground with plenty of fuel aboard and no fire.
Very lucky.
