I believe Univair sells the 1” clamp
Univair and Wicks sell these structural clamps in different sizes.

Not sure how you could slip one of those clamps over the tube and then get it to close again all while reaching up thru the headliner. I liked the two-piece type clamps vs prying one open and closed again. Not sure what is the correct size but this is the style.

The ones I put in the Pacer came from Wag-Aero and they are PMA. Looks like they also have a two piece one. I used the one piece since the head liner was already lose due to installing a skylight.
If this goes to page 1 the clamps are on page 5

https://www.gen-aircraft-hardware.co...df/ms27405.pdf Looks like the MS27405-T8P is the ticket, anyone know where to get them? Thanks
To rich for my blood, MS27405-T8P would work nicely and should be inexpensive!
The clamps open pretty easy. Still think it is easier to loop the harness around the spar carry through and seems to me that it spreads to load out over a wider area.
Agreed, that is the simplest solution, cowl tape on the tube to protect the harness?
