I was thinking of cutting the tops of the rudder bar and fabricating a "T" that would slide into the rudder bar tubes. If you put a setback or curve into the "T" that may solve the limited leg room and geometry by moving the pedals forward. In the end I chose to make DXF files of all the parts needed to make the original pedals. I can make them in mass and kit it out under owner produced parts, you have someone weld it up.

I find a drawing of the original pedals in the CD but no dimensions. Am I just missing it? Also, I can't find Andy's website any longer. Does he no longer have it available?

Drawing 11726 is the assembly, has all the dimensions. The lug is on another drawing. Both on the Vagabond Cad.

Thank goodness!!! I apologize for wasting everyone's time. I haven't been on the SWPC site in quite awhile and it never occurred to me that we we were talking about two different resources. I've spent hours looking in the wrong CD. Thanks for putting me on track!
