I am not sure but as the covering was all Poly Fiber products top coated with Stewart, it is probably the epoxy primer from Consolidated. At least the Stewart system saves quite a bit on stripper costs!

Th primers I have used from Consolidated Aircraft Coatings are green or white. Stewart paint is no different than any other solvent based catalyzed polyurethane, it is just carried with water. I have seen bubbles form in the paint when it is very humid in the morning in the morning and then the sun comes out and warms the surface. We believed it was trapped moisture under the cured polyurethane. Never saw it happen again and no adhesion issues. How is the adhesion on the fabric? How did they sign of the 337 form on covering and top coat?
