Re: I have Practically free (cheap) parts
At least in Arizona the rust would be minimal.

Re: I have Practically free (cheap) parts
Hi Steve,
This post acts strange for me. It never showed an actual post, yours is #1 for me. To see what the poster was up to I viewed his profile and found the first half of his post but nothing on this page. It always pops up on my New Posts list but always nothing to read, not anything at all here still. Is it just my problem?

I have the same problem. I posted a description and pictures, but now nothing shows up

Re: I have Practically free (cheap) parts
This plane was given to our EAA chapter. It had been parked on the ramp and abandoned for many years. It flew when it was parked. The fabric was disintegrating. We stripped the aircraft completely, and plan to use the frame as an airplane display on a pole at our local airport. We kept parts that we thought someone may want.

Re: I have Practically free (cheap) parts
The owner who gave us the plane, kept the engine. We we’re putting pieces of bad engine parts on it for the display.

I had to approve the second thread started because of some of our anti-spam protocols. Not sure why the first picture doesn't show up.
