Not at all, I wonder if they were old stock or if that Arizona heat had an effect on them?

The logs did say they were replaced with owner supplied parts, so no telling how old they were to begin with.

You can look up the date code (the color threads) to see how old they really are.

They had 3 blue bands, so according to this they are from 2018?, 2013?, 2008?, 2003? etc. Still not 100% sure.

So your book says installed in 2019. My guess it they weren't made in 2018 so most likely sitting on the shelf for 5 or more years.

My take on the Harbor Freight engine hoist method. Remove screws from straps and jack the starp out when seated. Used an old dog leash.
