I googled this for 45 minutes. The only thing I found was an AFM for a PA-22-150.

Need a Copy of 1952 PA22-135 AFM & Weight and Balance
All,
Steve and I have searched for a copy of the airplane flight manual and a weight and balance to no avail.
We'll weight the plane and update the W&B once we ferry the plane back to the shop.
If any member could provide a copy(s), would appreciate it.

There is a copy of the 150 here as a pdf file under the thread remastered airplane flight manual in the shortwing saloon
