Re: Airtex side panels
Thanks a million. That looks good. Did the door panels com pre-punched for the handles? I have an early plane and my handles are completely different. Where do you keep your AW-certificate and registration. In my case there mounted to the front door and I'd have to re-locate them.

Bryan,
Do the seat covers include padding? How difficult is the install?

Re: Airtex side panels
Do the side panels cover the baggage compartment also..??

Re: Airtex side panels
I have seen airtex panels in the baggage compartment - 2 panels - left interior side and back panel. I have not seen right (door) side pieces in the baggage compartment
The airtex seat or the side front panel can have a clear document holder sewn on

I have the Airtex interior that came out of my Clipper. Will have to weigh it.

Hey Steve, Did you ever weigh that Airtex interior?

Re: Airtex side panels
I really like their product but for four years in a row I went to their booth at Sun n Fun and talked to the same uninterested dude they always send there. I’d ask about side walls and seats and he would just kind of mumble about their catalog. He had no idea how to attach the side walls in a Piper that was already covered. I actually took one of my seats out of my airplane and carried it down to the booth to show I was really interested in their stuff. The guy just stared at me. I went with a different product.

I put my rear door panel on the aluminum backing. It was one piece of materials sewn together. There were no holes in it, I had to add the hole for the door handle. Hope this is helpful.
