    Default Tripacer brake conversion

I own a tripacer with origional cleveland drum brakes and would like to do a toe brake conversion. Is there any structual modification (welding in a extra support) needed to move the rubber pedal assmebly back toward the pilot for toe brake clearance? Who still sells STC's for the conversion. Can you buy the stc paperwork without the parts or do you have to purchase them with the STC. Univair sells an stc and it looks like you are probably going to have to purcahse the parts through them (expensive). Can you legally convert just the drums to disc without adding the toe brake?

    Thanks, Everett
