Here are some Hoskins Field facts:

    Aircraft based here:

    PA22/20 ( Mine )
    Kitfox ( Mine )
    J5 Cub
    Citabria
    PA-22
    PA-22 ( being restored )
    Fairchild ( being restored )
    Tomohawk
    C-172
    Stits Playboy
    Boolka ( bulka, bookow ... ? - german built airplane )

Half of the folks on the runway side have long passed their useful flying age
Very quiet neighborhood and all the residents are great people

Home has been for sale for a very long time - more than a year. Original asking price has been recently slashed to something a little more realistic.

I'm getting nervous because out of a dozen or so people looking at the house, only one even knew it was on an airport.....

Sure would be nice to add a Stinson to that list...haha! Unfortunately, it won't be probably until the summer before I know if we're moving or not.

As long as you don't mind me coming in my Stinson, hehe.
Not a problem, I can bring a hacksaw and some ductape. I've always wanted a ride in a shortwing Stinson hehe

But seriusly Vern's has good food and is on the water and is a beautiful setting.
And, If this house sells sounds like theres might be more on the way.
