I am in the process of making wallpanel sets for my Pa-20. Does anybody know what thickness coroplast airtex uses??

I didn't know Airtex was using coroplast like I did! As far as I know it is 3/16" thick.

Is Coroplast legal to use in an aircraft interior? If so I might use it myself!

I ran across an interesting article about that matter some time ago. I will try to find it and get back to you.

I measured my Airtex interior from my Clipper and it was about .090".

Re: Interior panels.
Easiest way to get a pattern is to take a seam ripper and take your old ones apart. I do marine canvas and have 2 -1/2 horse sewing machines i bought from a shoe factory that went out of business for $50 each. I had to make a phase converter for one as it is 3 phase.

Ok Ill have to make that next years project. I can get a machine from my buddy who is a Skydiveing rigger for the sewing which should do the job. Was hoping i could work on them while still flying.
