    Default Exhaust parts

Has anyone used WAG AERO exhaust parts? needing a rear stack with rear heat shroud mount . Wag has them made only $563.9 plus shipping.

I have not had good luck with Wag Aero parts. Mufflers especially. What about getting your rear stack repaired by someone like Dawley. It will come back new for less money.

I have had good luck with a Wag Aero rear stack. I had my rear crack in flight and made an emergency landing. I bought theirs since it was somewhat local and it fit well and has probably 200 hrs on it now. When it came time for a new muffler I had mine rebuilt though as recommended by my wise old A&P so I'd go with what Steve said on the muffler.

1200 hours on a new one and discovered the crack looking up into the carb heat outlet as the plane was hanging in the hoist installing the nose fork/wheel assembly after pulling the skis.

Ill get a photo after I pull it.

mine came from Trimmer don't know off hand where he was getting them. Called Trimmer yesterday and he says to use Dawty (sp?)

I used them to true up my original exhaust and fill a hole generated by a cowling screw. :-/
