Default Super Cub stolen from Twin Falls ID airport.....

This is my friend Jerry's Super Cub.... It was stolen out of his Twin Falls hanger sometime after Thanksgiving and before Dec. 28th.

If any one sees it please contact me via PM with its location...

You can also check out SuperCub.org for a nice flyer that MCS Mike posted that you can print and hang up at your local airport....

Just trying to get as many people on the search as possible. I built this airplane and have almost as much of an attachment to it as Jerry does.

    Thanks.

    Brian.

That is a nice looking super cub.
I hope we find it for your friend soon, and in good condition.

Sorry to hear this. That is a really nice innovative Super Cub. Will post at our airport today.

They should post this on Barnstormers. That gets a lot of viewers.

Might be a stupid question, but what would you do with a stolen aeroplane? Not like you can change the registration and give it a quick respray like you possibly could with a stolen car...
We occasionally hear of engines being stolen off microlights (Rotax etc.) here in UK, but don't recall ever hearing of a whole aeroplane being stolen over here.

Besides joyriding, airplanes capable of off airport operations are popular for drug running. It's also easier to fly the airplane to an off airport location and strip it.

Our local airplane bandit here in the NW will get a few years in prison.
