    Due to some changes in direction for our life, my wife and I have decided to let go of our Piper Pacer. It's an original PA20 upgraded to a 135hp O-290-D2 engine.

    Some details:

    Beautiful Original 1950 Piper Pacer w/wide gear. 135HP O-290-D2 Engine. 500hrs SMOH, compressions high 70s, oil screen clear. Beautiful interior by previous owners. Fabric/Paint are in good condition. Lifetime struts. Brand new 406MHz ELT installed. April 2013 annual w/many small updates including new tailwheel, new landing light lens and new motor mount shock absorbers. No major issues on annual. Complete logs. Always hangared. Always kept clean and flown with care.


    Airframe:

    • 1950 Piper Pacer
    • April 2013 annual
    • All logs complete back to factory
    • Lifetime struts
    • All 337s/STCs accounted for/documented
    • Ceconite Fabric in 1980 (Good condition - always hangared)
    • Paint in excellent condition
    • Original Piper Pacer wheel pants (beautiful)

    • VAL COM 760 Radio w/Push-To-Talk
    • New 406MHz ELT (installed July 2012)


    Engine

    • Lycoming O-290-D2 - 135hp (~7GPH)
    • Compressions all check in the high 70s
    • Oil screen checked at April 2013 annual - no issues
    • ~500 hours SMOH
    • Engine compartment as beautiful as the airframe/interior
    • Upgraded in 1990 from 125hp O-290 (documented/STC’d)
    • Oil cooler moved to back of engine (STC’d)
