    Default 2960s on a Pacer

Hello everyone, I bought a 290 hp pacer off a guy in Alaska that had tried 2400 floats on it and found them to be too small. I decided to try a set of 2960s and was wondering if anyone here knew of anybody who had tried this before that may have some knowledge to share.I should point out the wings have been extended 8 feet and the fuselage 30"s. Sounds like but is not a Bushmaster or a Provider. Its a one off.
Thanks for any feedback you may have

    BM,
    nice loooking bird!

I would bet the 2400s were not rigged optimally. What's your gross? Saying that I couldn't tell you which way to go without typing an hour of questions.

You need to talk to Ed Peck

2850, Ed has never put a set of theses on a Piper, I talked with him last year about it.

Gotcha. I remember seeing a pretty souped up and modded one one floats for sale out of Kodiak. Last year I believe. More like a bearhawk than a pacer from the sound of it.
