Does your project plane have an A65?
Probably the only way forward is to look at another Vagabond and take measurements or make templates.
Left and right baffles are fairly straight forward in design. The rear one is more tricky as involves lots of bends and corners.
How advanced are you with your project?

All finished. Took baffling off a luscome and cut it down to fit.
Jeremygerhold,
Interesting - completely different from baffles on my A65 powered Vagabond, and others I have seen.
I don't have any horizontal baffles, apart from two very small inter-cylinder baffles.
I will post a few pics of mine in the next few days.

Can you take some pics from up top, looking towards the tail? A friend let me borrow a set of template old baffles, but I think I’m missing some pieces
I can take some more pics and also some pics of an old set of baffles I have.
Maybe try and make some card or paper templates for you?
Only issue is the complexity of the rear baffles (lots of bends etc.). Not sure how easy it will be to produce a paper/card template that I can fold flat!

I have found all (as far as I can tell) the drawings for A65 baffles!
I think they are on one of the other drawing CDs.
Drawing numbers are:
11837, 11838, 11838-4, 11839, 11840, 11841 and 11843.
A65 installation dwg - general assembly, is 11828.

I have some old A65 baffles I keep for template purposes.
Pics attached of the rear port and rear starboard baffles.
I don't have an old, rear, centre baffle to photograph but the drawing should be self explanatory.
If necessary I can try and take a pic of what I have installed in my Vag.
