Looks like a pretty really sweet Pacer. Good luck with the sale, and don't forget to tell the new owner to join up here on SWPO.

This looks like a really clean and well maintained Pacer at a great price Steve ! I expect it will sell quickly. It's a real early 1950 SN based on the N Number. I once owned N7652K also a 1950 PA20 back in mid seventies, but it was a dog compared to yours. Adjusting for inflation yours is actually less expensive now than what I paid in 1976. Sure wish the value of these great shortwings would start increasing again. Seems like the market for GA aircraft has been flat or in the decline for about 6 years now. Keeps most of us upside down in what we own. Meanwhile we invest heavily to keep them maintained, airworthy, and up to date with technology.
Good luck with the sale !
