Need PA-22 floorboard or drawing
Need PA22160 Tripacer floorboard pattern for the place in which the battery lives. It is under the right front seat. I would be happy with a paper pattern if you have one out , a mangled one I can straighten for a pattern or a good used part if you have one to sell. Thanx, Larry asqfly@gmail.com

Larry, I deleted a message I sent to you bc I saw your "join date" and thought it was an old message, then realized that it was, in fact, a recent post. Ever since then I've been having problems re-replying to your post. I can help out. I've got a PA 22 150 project plane. I need to pull the floorboard as part of the on-going tear-down process. I'll go pull it and make a pattern for you. I'm off this coming week so it shouldn't be a problem. May be able to get started today, depending on when the Cowboys play.
Regards,

If you don't need the entire floorboard pattern I can do that within the next day or two and get that to you.

Re: Need PA-22 floorboard or drawing
Just out of curiosity, does it matter what year the planes are, ie, is a 1955 and older with a bench seat and related support structure going to have the same floorboard below the seats and battery area as a 1956 and newer plane? Larry mentioning it is a PA22-160 made me wonder about that.
Maybe it's worth looking at the years for Jim's 150hp donor airplane and Larry's 160hp plane, and see if they are both 56 or newer...
Always happy to complicate a situation,

That thought crossed my mind, too. Both of mine came off the line in 56.

Re: Need PA-22 floorboard or drawing
I just got back from the hangar where I finished pulling that part of the floorboard. I need to clean it up and then I'll get the template made and shipped off.

are those originally aluminum? My 1950 has plywood... never gave a thought they could be incorrect as they are well fitting .

I have never seen plywood used in Short Wing Pipers. Vagabonds and Clippers were aluminum.
