I attended Steve's pig roast last year .... it's on my yearly "must do" list now.

Steve is a very gracious host, his hanger is quite interesting to see (lots of aviation related stuff on the walls), and the food was fabulous ! Donations are accepted ... and my $20 choice of contribution, left me feeling a little guilty .... it was such high quality fare, and lots of it !

Lots of different aircraft in attendance to see.

Fun time, fun folks, and great food ... what's not to like ?

This sound like a blast, especially the balloon and flour drop. Would it be legal for the competition to have a passenger drop it with the rear door removed? It's a bad time of year to make for us as farmers, but I'll try to make it if we have a rain right before this date or something that would free us up.
