Talked to Gladys at Lycoming Publications. Seems she is retiring and Lycoming is going digital with all their publications online for free. I say it is about time.

Oops...not quite there yet, I just searched for SB 213A ( which I knew wasn't in the database as of a couple of months ago,) and it's still not in the data base yet,
So maybe it will take some time for this to happen....surely a positive move though.
