I was hoping someone had a used one that was in excess to their needs. I have a difficult time paying $95.00 for something so simple. I may just have to make my own.

I just wanted to be clear I am not asking for a freebee here. I am willing to pay someone for a good useable spare and if I can save some money over buying new then that is preferable to me. I am trying to make this hobby as affordable to me as possible so if I can purchase a serviceable used part or make it myself in my down time then that's what I have to do.

Adam, I had the same problem. I like you was not keen on paying $95 plus for the part.

check barnstormers for a person selling logs of Tripacer parts, contact him as he might have one laying in his stash

I never had one. Whom ever worked on the plane in the past had fabricated a flimsy aluminum bracket.

Ah, I was going to say I could provide a loaner off our project and fix yours if that was the case.

I appreciate the offer Steve. I believe I have located one from one of the barnstormer add's I'm just waiting on him to send a picture to verify it's the correct clamp. I was looking at the drawing CD and it looks fairly simple.

It is, the fixturing to make proper alignment is the only thing that would take any time really.
