Greetings all.

Many years ago I owned a Colt and then later a Tri-Pacer. Looking through my photos I only have a handful of each plane.

Colt pictures:

Tri-Pacer pictures:

I was hoping that maybe the owners of either of these planes are online here and see this thread, I'd sure like to know my my old planes are these days. I looked them up on the FAA's registry, if I don't get any response here I'll be sending a letter to each owner :)

Hey Dave - nice to see you on here.

I knew you'd previously owned a Colt, but never knew you also had a TriPacer. Lookin just a little bit younger in that TriPacer picture. ;)

A bit younger and a lot skinnier :)

Next year (provided the economy comes back) Marc and I talked about buying a second plane for our partnership. We've looked at alot of different planes and I'm down to either a Stinson 108 or a Pacer. I really want a tail dragger again. I think a Pacer with a 150hp engine would be the cats meow!

Did Dan tell you we bought a 56 T-pacer project? Its in our hanger now. Stop by and see it.

No he didn't. I was just down there a week ago for the cook out. Next time I am down I'll let you know.

What are you going to do with the project (besides rebuild it)? Is this something you are going to keep and fly or sell?

Hey there,
Dan just left the office here and I was showing him some stuff on the web site and spotted your pictures. Note the cub passing the tri-Pacer, thats Me! in my younger and skinnier days too.

I don't know if the cub was passing me, but........ :)

Those were good times for sure.

I really want a pacer!

Its our company airplane, we are going to keep it as a flying billboard.

Its fairly low time and looks all original with the aux tank. It looks like the original paint was a magenta color, we call it "somewhere between sunset and puke". We are working on another paint scheme.

We stripped the fabric off, pulled the engine and are getting ready to clean the frame up and install toe brakes.

We plan to be at the hanger Thur, Fri and possibly Sat.

Hello, I used to own N2569A, The link to the pics is not working anymore, but I would love to share pics of the Tripacer. My Wife learned to fly in it.
