Arizona question

I'm in the process of moving to 2AZ1 near Salome. Since I'll have my own hangar :D it's appropriate to think about putting another plane in it.

How does Arizona determine aircraft valuation for use or sales tax it the plane is purchased out of state from an individual?
Will they accept a bill of sale from the previous owner?

I'd only have 60 days before I have to register it and would have to show proof os sales tax payment at that time.

If any of you Arizonians?---Arizonites?--- :? can answer that I'd appreciate it.

I have it on good authority that they do not have a sales/use tax on and airplane when purchased out of state. I did this some years ago and it worked fine, due the state law where i bought it I had to finalize the sale (take delivery) in AZ to not pay the other state's use tax.

AZ has recently changed it's relatively expensive annual property tax on airplanes over 30yrs old to a flat fee, $25
