Any of you PA-22 owners have a drawing showing the installation of the baffling on a O-320? I'm installing on in my PA-20 and want to make sure I do it by the book. The STC for the engine calls for PA-22 baffling. Thank in advance.
Paul

Paul, I can post some pictures. I think they are shown in the engine installation drawing on the SWPC Drawing CD. Do you have it?

No and I thought you were going to ask me that! I was thinking of waiting until things cool a little before purchasing the CD from SWPC. My Pacer parts manual shows the installation for my PA-20-125 but the PA-22-150 is a little different. Just want to do it by the book.

Thank you Steve! This is very helpful. What I am interested in is the pieces that go between the cylinders on the bottom and the bracket on the top that holds it on. I also have a couple of small pieces that came with the set that I don't know where they go so I was hoping someone had a parts break down.

The inner cylinder baffles on an O-320 are a Lycoming part. I will get some more pictures.

Here are some pictures of the inner cylinder baffles and the front baffles. Note that this is an O-320 with the oil cooler mounted on the rear baffle.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much Steve. My oil cooler is being located on the rear baffle. I was trying to see how the inner baffles in pics one and three fit and I was not sure but I can see now.
