renewing membership

I jsut got the email from Cathy about renewal time. I went and tried to do it and after I fill in all the blanks on the membership page and click next I get this error...

It's not the postage stamp that bothers me as much as the multiple phone calls to see if they received the letter, and then having to prove that you are a member to buy stuff from them!
