Intercom question again

Again i am have issues with my intercom i cannot get it to work .....the only wires i have not connected are the white ...white/blue and brown again be cause i do not have a ptt ......i did connect the ppt velcrowed to yoke to the white /red wire but still no go ? I wonder if the white and the brown need to be connected somewhere.....i tried to get a wireing diagram of my radio but no luck tkm-mx-300

any ideas??
