Hello,
I needed to make a new rear door skin for our Tri Pacer so I found a guy with a waterjet machine who, with my help, carefully measured the old skin and made a CAD drawing of it for his cutter. The cutout is perfect and all I had to do was make the screw holes and the bends. If anyone doesn't want to hand cut one and needs one, I told him to keep the drawing for a long time.

If anyone is interested, they can either get in contact with me or Danny McGuire at PM Machine Shop in Carlinville, IL at 1 217 854 9622. I could have Wicks Aircraft Supply ship him the aluminum because Wicks is a relatively cheap shipping distance from here.

This is a wonderful way to get a perfect new skin and it cuts out the outline, square window hole, button hole, and hinge slots.
