I've finally got my fuselage back home, repaired, painted, ready for reassembly. I'm excited! So, tonight I decide to start. I'm beginning with my elevator trim. Looking over the drawings and on my 5th attempt to get it all right I notice that there is AN hardware. AN360-616L to be exact on either side of my double pulley. I decided a while back to replace every bolt with new. I still have the original stuff but I don't want to use it again. So, I start my web browsing a shopping for new hardware and notice, with my first part of course, that aircraft spruce doesn't list the washer AN360-616L Has the part number changed to something else? I tried using google but no dice. Any help as to where I can find this stuff would be much appreciated! Has anyone pieced together a complete hardware list for the PA22? Sure would save me some time if they have.

Finally, do most people go ahead a lube this thing up when putting it together or wait till just before fabric to reduce the chance of spreading grease all over everything as I bump my arms off this thing?

Anyone have a necopress tool they care to loan? I will be building my own control cables from scratch and plunking down $$$ for a tool I will use for this project only seems silly. (don't remind me of my rotissarie I got from aircraft spruce. I love it by the way!)

Thanks guys! You're a blessing.

Tim

Yes, AN960-616L. You can get an inexpensive tool at A/C Spruce.

I (http://www.aircraftspruce.com/menus/to/cableequipment_swaging.html) am ordering the one to do 1/16" cables for the bungee cable. If you want the big tool I can send you mine if you will cover the shipping.
