Tube and fabric

My '50 Pacer is in need of paint TLC. A mechanic somewhere along the line did a poor re-cover of Rt. wing and horiz. stab. (ground loop I guess). Now I have cracks in the paint. Can anyone suggest a good "fabric guy" anywhere near Alabama? If close enough, maybe we can work in the annual too.
