Clipper brake cylinders

I Need to replace the brake cylinders in my Clipper. Anybody have suggestions for a
supplier?

Are they worn out or do you want to replace them for disk brakes.
If they are worn I believe I would sleeve them with a stainless tube and go for another 60 years.
