I know I'm stating the obvious, but just to be sure----
Check that, whatever jack you get, it will fit under the axle with the tire completely flat, because that's when you're likely to use it!
The scissors type jack would most probably fit the bill. I've always bought mine from car wrecking yards, they have boxes of them and they're dirt cheap.
