    If modifying the fuel system I would dang sure want some documentation to cover my but, STC, field approval etc.

    That picture looks like the system used in the Champ 7BC with two wing tanks.

    You're not alone, I loose the bubble quite easily these days. Trimmer STC eliminated the gascolator under the cabin floor.
    Not uncommon but the thread did digress based on a "look what else I found" post.
