    Hi all,

Here are some historical pictures of the project we are currently working on. The power of the internet really is amazing, with a little digging I found out a lot of history if the Clipper we working on. We found the original owners family and they gave me pictures dating back to the early fifties. The plane was used as a trainer at the Harri-Emery airport. Here are a few pictures of it a Joe Field at Harri-Emery airport. One at a fly in at Lock Haven. I even found one from the seventies in its newer paint job and then one from the 2000s.

Pushing the negative G loading. Great picture. A few more people might get interesting.

Here is a photo from my local airport. According to the N# its a’47 pa-12 now registered to Tonka Floatplanes in Anchorage Alaska. The one on the right is a ‘65 pa-28-140. Last registration for it was 1978. It’s cool to see the airport from that era. It’s sporting a 5,000’ paved runway now. The town name is on the roof of the old FBO.

The son of a former owner of my Pacer (Tri-Pacer) contacted me last year and sent me the below picture. The photo was taken in "the front yard" (I guess a farm) showing 42Z with his older sister holding his younger sister and his sister's boy friend. The picture was taken sometime in the 1970s. Isn't it great to get pictures of your airplane's past?

I was wondering if that tail number was still active (did the Colt survive?) so first I at the FAA registry and found this, showing at bottom the last owner, the VERTI GYRO CO:
    https://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinq...umbertxt=5395Z
And then the N-Number was reserved by the SBS PROGRAM OFFICE in DC.
Whatever could that sinister program be?

That led me to look who had reserved the N-Number in 2019:
    https://www.faa.gov/nextgen/programs...fitsReport.pdf

    It's an interesting read.
