Looks like you are missing the sheet metal between the N brace and the rib that fairs the fabric down for the strut bolt installation. 10531-2, -3 on a true Pacer.
I have seen those metal grommets on Steve's parts website but never understood how they worked.
See photo #3 on Steve's reply previous to this comment. A picture is worth a lot of words...

Steve,
Thank you...first time I’ve seen those...I did use your grommets...
Don’t think there will be a next time... unless I build a Cub or something after I finish the Bearhawk.... I do have enough in the way of parts to build another set of Pacer wings...so...maybe..

Getting closer...only took two months for the fabric to cover the flaps, ailerons and close up the end of the wings to arrive. Bout 8 hours to cover one aileron. Still have to iron the grommets flat. Wings are ready to paint...prep work is to clean off the excess glue and one final coat of thinned glue on every tape and overlap joint.

Wings ready for paint. Finished fabricating the stall fences on the wing to insure the fence remained perfectly straight.

I like your upper flap bracket inspection hole. This will make easy for maintenance and repair.

Ready to paint...4 pm here...will start in the morning...maybe....81% humidity today... new HPLV rig...why’d they make so purdy?
