CUPS I USE ARE ABOUT SAME SIZE BUT PAPER, I ALSO GET CONCERNED ABOUT FLEXING THE LINE, I MANEUVER THE CUP UNDER THE LINE TO MINIMIZE BENDING.
I'm thinking about swapping the #2 injector lines between left and right engine and flying again. That would probably be the easiest way for me to accomplish the same thing.
I THINK THIS WAS A GOOD SUGGESTION, WOULD CERTAINLY RULE OUT A PROBLEM WITH THE LINE. since you move nozzles already, if nothing changes, it sure seems like something in the "spider" could be the problem.

IO-320 leaning issue, help wanted
I've not had any luck distinguishing a problem here. After some more recent flying and very careful analyzing of the data, there is a definite double peak, and I think there's most likely an issue with the flow divider. We're going to send it off for overhaul since it's been quite a few years and see if that solves it. I found no issues with the line so the flow divider is all that is left.

I would call Mike at Mike's Aircraft Fuel Metering Service.

He did our left engine fuel system overhaul and I'll be talking to him and sending it there. They treated us very nicely on that job.
