Default Need wing leading edge tip sheet metal

I need part number 15723-01. This is the leading edge sheet metal at the wing tip for the right wing. I’ll go the Univair route if I have to but if someone can save me a few dollars on a nice used one it would be appreciated.

If you have an English wheel, it’s easy to make.

Thank you, but I don’t have an English wheel or the sheet metal skills to use it currently.

I have an english wheel but that doesn't look very easy to me. Would love to see one made that way. I was going to make a die and take it to my friends with a huge hydraulic press and make some but that hasn't happened yet. If I remember correctly that is 1100 aluminum so is very soft. I have been able to repair quite a few with a shot bag, hammers, dollies and a slapper.

Make it in upper and lower halves, then weld the two together.

That looks great Steve, but I think mine is probably beyond repair. Someone messaged me with a
private message and said they may have one.

I can't take credit for the one in the picture, I stole it from the Univair website. Thanks Paul for helping a fellow member out. Kudos to you.
