Anyone have info on this Exp. Pacer?
IMG_6691.jpg
Anyone know about this Pacer? I found this picture on the web and I am curious to know about the wing setup and how it performed.....

Re: Anyone have info on this Exp. Pacer?
If the "N" number is N212X it does not show up in the FAA database. I also tried N213X, N212K, and N213X, so if you can find a better picture or at least a better shot of the registration number that's all I can find.

That’s the best picture I can find...
It’s certainly an interesting wing concept. I would assume those are flaperons. It sort of resembles a Zenith CH-701 wing. Not sure if it’s a slotted wing or hinged/retractable slats...

I found a better photo. It’s definitely N762X....Also after further visual analysis it appears to have Pa-16 Clipper elevators....

Re: Anyone have info on this Exp. Pacer?
Well I don't know if this will be of any help, but it is now deregistered. The aircraft was registered in 2000, the airworthness certificate was issued in May of 2001 and deregistered in September of 2012. The sale was reported as the reason for deregistering it and unless it left the country or the registration number changed no further information is available. However, while the owners name is not listed the manufacture name was listed at VULCH-AIR, S/N 01. It tlived in Oregon, so maybe someone out there has seen it or might know what tever becaame of it, but here is the listed address for the then registered owner.
No Name
4649 John Day HWY
Vale, Oregon 97918-5062
Good luck in your search, and Happy New Year!
It was also only listed as having two seats and an O-290 for the engine.
